We provide several professional development opportunities for you and/or your district. You can focus on one area or combine your professional development to best fit the needs of your learning community.


We have partnered with Newman University and Baker University so all of our professional development courses are available for masters level credit!

R.E.A.D. Redefined

R.E.A.D. Redefined is a two week training course. Learn how to apply the Science of Reading and the Multisensory Approach. This class equips interns with the knowledge required to successfully teach students to read, write, and spell, based on research-based methodology. Get ready to reach all students with this hands on course! 

Leadership Redefined

This course changes the trajectory of curriculum and educators so that your reading curriculum meets the needs of all students. 


We want to redefine the admistrative observation. What practices should be in place for every lesson? How can the Science of Reading be incorporated throughout the whole curriculum? As an administrator, what should I look for and how can I help?


This course focuses on: 


*identification of struggling students beyond primary foundational skills 


*recognition of what a researched based Tier 1, 2, and 3 reading lesson should look like when doing teacher observations.


*skills to evaluate researched based resources 


*analyzing characteristics when choosing the next reading curriculum

Literacy Redefined

The latest buzz words in education are Structured Literacy and the Science of Reading. They aren’t buzz words to us, but our purpose. Reading Education and Dyslexia Redefined is a quick history lesson about education as well as how we can change the course of our trajectory with students and their successes.  Geared toward classroom teachers, bring your  assessments, data, and curriculum and learn how to apply the Science of Reading to your district program.

Dyslexia - The Research

Trust us when we say, we've heard the conversations. "Why all this talk about dyslexia lately?" or "When I was a kid, no one had dyslexia." Come and discover the brain research about dyslexia, how it can affect students, and what you can do to help your child or your classroom students succeed. 


This is a three day intensive training showing you what the research says about dyslexia and how you can apply the informaiton to help that 20% in your school.

Dyslexia Simulation

The participation experience can be used for teacher and parent programs to raise awareness of the struggles of people with dyslexia. This course can be done for small and larger groups.

Stern Math

Stern Math curriculum teaches the foundations of mathematics through hands on, multisensory discovery. Through systematic instruction students actively discover math concepts through experimentation, practice, and review. This program builds from base ten concepts to abstract thinking. Stern Math encourages students to discover and make connections through interactive lessons and games.


This training is four half-days of professional development and can be  done virtually. Stern is an exceptional program for individuals, 

small groups, or whole classrooms. 


Cost is $1,000 per person plus $330 materials.
